All packages include the initial paperwork, goals discussion, and fitness assessment/screening. The fitness assessment/screening includes the following: blood pressure screening, skin-fold caliper test and/or body measurement, sit and reach flexibility test, and a three minute step test = $45.00 value

Your personal training sessions will be one-hour and include the following: nutrition education consultation, and fitness program(s). Also, included in your package are any adjustments that are needed to your fitness program, and follow-up by e-mail, or phone (your choice) as extra accountability to your in-person sessions. 

In addition to your training sessions you will also receive our “Tips for Grocery Shopping,” “Five a Day” Placemat, Dietary Supplement brochure, and Healthy Eating brochure. 

*For your best results, all package sessions are to be used at least once per week, unless discussed with your personal trainer.
